We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

A comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the bathrooms were nice. The elevator was a plus for bringing luggage up and down.

My experience with iTrip was top notch, from the booking to the end, they responded so quickly. The place was perfect, it was cozy, clean and a great spot. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was wonderful.

Amazing Condo location

As pictured, location couldn't have been any better, plenty of space for a family with 3 teenagers. My kids didn't want to leave and go exploring, they loved the beach right outside. On-site laundry was a huge plus!

Great condo with amazing view

Lovely condo in quite building. Tasteful and nicely furnished. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beach access extremely close and the view from the balcony was amazing. Every night we watched the sunset. I would stay here again.

Having cable in the back room where the bunk beds are and not in the living room where you can enjoy the beautiful view at the same time makes absolutely no sense! Other than having to watch all sports in the back room which was very uncomfortable it was a good stay. Super clean and very nice furnishings.

Quite little escape

This place was great. We were able to enjoy sunset views from the balcony. Neat and clean place. Comfortable bed in the loft.Wonderful walk in shower on the main floor. Easy access to shops and food plus the beach of course. I would stay here again.

They had door lock issues twice. We couldn’t access the place for around an hour after we got there. The second time was an issue where we had to hang out at the place until maintenance arrived delaying hour trip itinerary. I attempted to get a partial reimbursement but could not get past vrbo’s virtual agent bot.

4th of July weekend

For our family of 5, Jan's Place was a perfect vacation weekend getaway. The place is immaculate and well-furnished. Comfy beds, awesome showers, and spectacular view of the beach and ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. Shops and restaurants and beach access within minutes of walking. Rockaway Beach is a small, cozy coastal town with lots to do within short driving distances. We greatly enjoyed the small town 4th celebrations - parade on Main St, the wiener dog races and fabulous fireworks show. The train ride to Garibaldi was relaxing and scenic. We also did whale watching at Depoe Bay, visited Tillamook Creamery, Oceanside and Cape Meares lighthouse (spectacular views).

Jan's Place

We initially appreciated the elevator with an available large luggage cart. This may have been our first rental where we took only one trip to bring in all our belongings, which was kind of nice. Our first impressions were of a well-cared-for, clean, spacious home with big windows, a nice balcony, and great views of the beach and ocean. Clean, comfortable beds and a very comfortable large couch near the windows. The kitchen is nice and easy to use with newer appliances. You might want to bring some groceries, but there is a convenience store across the street. Restaurants and food carts are also just across the street, and the train depot is a short walk. Once ou arrive, you really shouldn't need to drive anywhere. Easy beach access is close, a couple-minute walk south to stairs with an accessible ramp. We did recieve helpful texts from iTrip NW during our visit, and when we reached out to "Recca" directly with a few questions, she responded quickly to help us out. The only thing that I might suggest is missing for now is a toaster. It's possible that we couldn't find it and we didn't think to ask. Otherwise, I think anyone renting here should have a really nice visit.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Jan's Place! The view was amazing and waking up to the ocean every morning was a spectacular. The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From a well equipped kitchen to cozy linens, it felt like a true home away from home. The location was also perfect, very close to restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach just steps away. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!
