This was a great stay for my family and I! We were able to have our two young kids sleep in the loft and enjoyed our time out on the balcony with amazing views. Access to a pool was a bonus! The host provided his cell, so we were able to reach out with questions about the property wifi, parking, checking etc. Location allowed us to easily access cruz bay, beaches and windmill bar of course.

Chris was welcoming and responsive to electronic lock not working and the key for the lock being the wrong key! I don't think any of the kitchen cabinet doors worked correctly, some about ready to fall off! Kitchen faucets need work! The bed frame could be the size of the mattress for more room, and the air conditioners should be replaced with a mini split unit or similar, I know it's expensive, but the setup now is terrible! The unit definitely needs a good maintenance person

Scott - thank you for the review we appreciate the feedback, please be advised we just recently purchased the unit. As it is a super busy time of year for vacation rental homes, we simply have not had a free minute to even fully go thru the property. Far as the AC we have already contracted the work the be completed during the next open time slot. WE realize the unit needs work, we have a list of upgrades and repairs scheduled over the upcoming months. Knowing all this we currently offer the property at a reduced rate. Next years rates will reflect property upgrades. With all this in mind we ask that you please reconsider your review and focus on the positives of the property.
