Welcome to The Seaside Palace
Step inside this stunning 6-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom luxury home in the heart of 30A and experience a vacation like no other. With high-end finishes and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from multiple levels, you will create unforgettable memories and want to return time and again.
This stunning home is perfectly positioned in the heart of 30A within walking distance to the historic town of Seaside. You will enjoy convenience and peace of mind while being conveniently located to the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast and all the fun 30A has to offer.
Just a short walk to the beach from the front porch and a few minute walk to the many restaurants, stores, and venues within Seaside.
**Important Information - Please Read**
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions).
- Max Occupancy: 16 guests.
- Parking: 4 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available).
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500 The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- No Events, Weddings or Large Gatherings Permitted.
- Close to the Beach: Only 200 feet to the public beach access.
- Private Pool: Heated seasonally for an additional fee. (Note: The pool and combined spa area can only be heated to a maximum of 90 degrees for a period of 8 hours each day. They cannot be heated individually).
- Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps, 2 rolls of paper towels, 8 rolls of toilet paper, 8 trash bags, dawn dish soap, 2 packs of single use laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent, etc. This is designed to get you through your first night or two only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances and cookware, Keurig + traditional drip coffee maker.
- Grill: Natural gas grill.
- Golf Carts: 6 passenger golf cart included with your stay.

Bunk Room: 3 Twin bunk beds, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Full Bathroom with walk-in shower.

Seaside Palace offers incredible amenities including a private pool (Heated Seasonally from Oct - April), a 6 passenger golf cart, convenient access to the public beach access across the street, Galley Style Kitchen, Handicap Accessible Elevator, and large bedrooms. Spend an afternoon at the pool or beach, enjoy the convenience of being close to great restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and easy access to nearby communities.
Restrictions
- Parking: Limited to 4 vehicles; no RVs, boats, watercraft, motorcycles, ATVs, party buses, trailers, or large utility vans. Parking is designed for standard size vehicles. Space may vary depending on make/model/size of vehicle.
- Pets: No pets or animals of any kind allowed.
- No Monthly Rental Discounts.
- Minimum Renter Age: 25 years old - No exceptions.
- No Smoking: In the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, or in common areas.
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival.
- Beach Rules: No tents or canopies allowed per County ordinance.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, violations of house rules, or law enforcement involvement for criminal investigations/noise complaints, will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and fees.
