Casablanca - 3 Bdrm Family Home with Main Channel View

This charming waterfront house sits on a point at the 7-mile marker, overlooking both the main channel and Gravois Arm, and is the guesthouse to the Crownview Villa. It is two stories, offering three bedrooms and two baths.

The main level features a cozy living room with flat-screen TV and full-size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a twin and twin trundle). A full bathroom, concrete porch with a swing, and a spacious deck with outdoor furniture round out this floor. Downstairs, you'll find two more beds (queen and full), a full-sized futon, a TV and game table, another full bath with shower, plus a convenient laundry room. A private deck opens directly from the living room, complete with patio seating and a grill for lakeside meals.

Guests also have access to a shared (with Crownview guests) lakefront rock patio and fire pit, perfect for watching the boat traffic or enjoying the sunset. The property includes a private covered swim dock with a ladder, sun deck, and patio furniture - set on deep water making it ideal to fish off the dock. While this home does not include a private boat slip, slips are available to rent at nearby Mystic Marina. This quiet-side retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, excellent fishing, and unforgettable sunrises. Located just 25-30 minutes from the Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach via the community bridge, it's close enough to the action while still providing the peace and relaxation of a private escape.

If you need additional space, the 3 bedroom house next door (CROWNVIEW) is also available through Four Seasons Property Management!

Please note: Property is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grill, basic appliances, bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of dish detergent, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, life jackets, etc. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.

Pets welcome (max of 2) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Paying the price we paid for a week's stay, the bed was not comfortable, the pillows were lousy, there was hair around the bottom of most of the dining room chairs, the couch had stains on it, the stool did not flush right. Won't be staying here again!

I'm going to start by saying Sherry was a fantastic host. Super helpful and easy to get a hold of. The house was clean and had eveything we could have needed. Plenty of blankets and pillows and towels. We had a great time.

Lovely, well stocked, great deck views & dock. Perfect spot on the lake to relax, spacious dock, plenty of parking, nice vacation spot. Issues: Excessively loud noises emitted from the closet all & every night next to the bed by the yellow bathroom in the basement , black mold on basement shower floor grout, German cockroach found.

Winderful holiday weekend getaway

This location is amazing, beautiful sunrise right of the deck, awesome view and access to water, kids were able to fish and had a blast doing it. We were able to book a float trip just an hour away with NRO. Property manager was very communicative in every way. Thank You so much for having us!

Mother / Daughter Get-a-way

Casablanca was a perfect configuration for our mother and teen daughter trip. The teens loved having the lower level to themselves. The view from the point is spectacular. Because of the main channel location the water is a bit rougher than non-main channel locations. The wake at times could make standing on the dock more challenging. We didn't experience any difficulty being in the water even with the rougher wakes. We grilled on the deck and cooked in the kitchen with no problems. The house could use more utensils (there were only five forks) and more food storage containers. Even with this, we managed just fine. Sherry the property manager was very pleasant making our experience delightful and seamless.

Ozark Family Reunion

This property was a great fit for multiple families getting together for a reunion. One sibling rented the larger house and a second family rented this cabin. The 2 properties complimented each other and allowed the larger group to gather and enjoy the beautiful grounds along the lake. We had great sunrise views and could sit at the fire pit and watch all the boats go by. We enjoyed freshed grilled steaks on our deck and appreciated all of the extra amenities that the property owner had supplied. We felt that this was the best stocked VRBO property we have rented. They had paper towels, dishwasher soap and soft soap for both bathrooms. We experienced no problems and would recommend this properties to others.

House was just as described. Very nice home. It is a long walk down to the dock/grassy area but nothing that would keep me from coming back if we wanted to.

Can't Wait to Return

We stayed for two months in the Casablanca house and can't say enough good things about the property. It is exactly as described on the site, actually better. It was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Another reviewer complained about the beds. We found them to be great. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and spices for us to prepare our own meals. The grill on the deck was awesome. There are two showers. The one on the main floor is a bit small, so my husband used the one downstairs and was just fine. But it's the property that makes this a very, very special place. The views are AMAZING, especially sunrises! The lawn is immaculate and Sherry ensures it is maintained to the highest of standards. Our dogs loved racing around and sniffing everything. (Please pick up your dog poo to be good guests.) There are neighborhood dogs that come by to visit, Sage and Oliver. If you give Sage treats, she will come by everyday. :) The town of Laurie is super cute with very nice people. The grocery store had everything we needed. We even joined a gym, Warrior Fitness, for the two months we were there. Great restaurants everywhere. And checkout the TNT bar/restaurant on the way to the property. The food is good, the people are fun, and there's darts, shuffleboard, billiards, music and sports to keep you entertained. Do not trust your GPS to find the property. It sent us and our daughter the wrong way. Follow Sherry's instructions (turn on O road and go to the end.) Sherry was wonderful in answering all of our questions and very quickly addressing two minor issues that came up. This was our first time in the Ozarks and we are looking forward to returning next fall!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The location is quiet and beautiful! There was plenty of room for all of us. Sherry answered all the questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again - and hope to in the future!! Hopefully Oliver ( white terrier) visits the next vacationer!

Fantastic Weekend Family Getaway

First and foremost Sheri was a great help answered all our questions and gave great advice on how to get the most out of our time there. House was very clean when we got there and supplies were fully stocked. Couldn’t have been more happy with our first VRBO experience.

Shower needs replacement.

We enjoyed the lake view from the deck of the house and water front dock. Only thing is shower facilities at up and downstairs. Both needs remodling, at least new shower heads. Recommend hand-handle heads

Perfect getaway!

Super cute and clean. Great lake views. Loved the dock with the table and chairs and swim ladder. Loved being on the main channel and watching the boats go by. Pleasantly surprised that there was inside access to the lower level. Owner was very responsive and helped us with making sure we could park our bass boat in the parking near the house. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Such a lovely home! We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved this property! It’s located on the quieter side of the lake and sits on a breathtaking peninsula. The sunrises and moon and stars are to die for! The views are just perfection. And, if you’re lucky, you’ll be visited by 2 local sweet dogs, Sage & Oliver ♥️ They (and this home) were hard to say goodbye to. We’ll be back for sure!

Fantabulous

Everything was perfect except the floors were filthy. The bottom of your feet would turn black if you walked around without socks and the patio furniture cushions could use updating.
