Take it easy at this tranquil getaway powered by renewable energy. Enjoy secluded wooded outdoors with a private fishing ramp. Walk across the woods to the beach and community boat ramp. In close proximity to all Pocono attractions, the gated community features two lakes, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, paddle boats, ice skating, beaches, and a lakeside cafe. The house has 2 living rooms and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people in two upper and two lower level bedrooms.

This house is located on a large wooded lot opening to the lake estuary. The lake's beach is adjacent to the lot and can be accessed by crossing the woods via a pedestrian path. The lower-level master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full-sized roll-out sofa bed. A small kids' bedroom is also located on the lower level. Two additional large bedrooms are located on the upper level and have two twin beds each. The woods are full of wildlife. Caution should be exercised during the bear season at dusk. No food or trash should be left outside to prevent bear encounters.
Guest access
The house is located in a gated community, and all guests require personalized access permits. The vehicle and guest access is granted after a 48-hour notice only, so no last-minute bookings will be taken. Guest amenity wristbands are available for purchase at $12 per day per person at the 24/7 community Welcome Center. Fishing is allowed with a valid PA fishing license (may be obtained online). Catch and release regulations are in place.
