Our check out instructions are very simple: Please put all furniture back into original places. Place any remaining trash in bags in kitchen for our cleaning staff to dispose.
Return gate key and card on kitchen counter. If you have any remaining dishes just put them in dishwasher and turn it on. Lock the door upon exiting.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot thank the hosts enough for their excellent communication. The place is spotless and very well decorated with everything you need and more. I found it a bargain for what it offers as you can walk to pretty much anything you need. Overall, it’s an exceptional property with fantastic hosts. As a neat freak, it was spot on in every way. It’s as nice as the photos display and my kid loved the private patio area. I could not recommend it more and I’m a picky NYC guy :) Best wishes to the hosts.
