Auringon liotamat päivät rannalla kutsuvat tätä mukavasti varustettua huoneistoa. Huolellinen sisustus ja päivitetty sisustus takaavat, että pysyt tyylillä käydessäsi kauniilla Fort Myersin rannalla.

Rentoudu oleskelualueen muhkeiden sohvien kanssa tauon aikana rannan yhdistämisestä ja katselemalla elokuvaa taulu-kaapeli-tv: llä. Avaa liukuovet lanaiin ja anna valtameren tuulen sisään, kun laiskotte auringossa.

Great Condo

The condo was clean with nice furnishings and well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach chairs and towels. All that you need for a great week. Gail was quick to respond to questions. The location is on the quiet end of beach. Easy access from Bonita Springs. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished, quiet at night, with a gorgeous sugar sand beach. We found shells right outside our complex. It is on the quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach, which we preferred to the busier Town Square end. It was easy to on and off of Ft. Myers Beach from there compared to taking the bridge on the other end. The condo was completely furnished, with everything we could have wanted and much more. Appliances are up to date. I would highly recommend. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is immaculate! It is clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation, including beach chairs, towels, etc. The location is amazing - it is on the quiet end of Ft. Myers, with a short drive into town. Very close to Lovers Key State Park...we rented kayaks there and saw manatees. There is a Publix close by. The views were gorgeous. The beach was never crowded...we walked along the water and found beautiful shells. We also saw dolphins close to shore! The pool was beautiful and peaceful. Gail was a pleasure to work with. Very accomodating! It was one of our most relaxing vacations.

Everything you needed and more

Gail's place is fantastic. We have traveled all over the world and this is the cleanest and best equipped condo we have every stayed in. She has the condo looking brand new and has all the necessities and more. You do not have to bring any additional vacation things with you. Plentiful towels, dishes, beach chairs, etc. are in the condo. Access to and from the condo with a keypad instead of keys is a great feature. The pool was never crowded and the beach was fantastic. The weather was great during our stay. It was 85-90 degrees and sunny during out stay. We will rent from Gail again. Thanks Gail p.s. As an added feature Gail allowed us to stay past check out time since we had a late flight back home.

Lovely Gulf View Condo!

We stayed the week of 2/24-3/3. It was basically a last minute planned trip & we are very happy that this condo was available. We wanted a place to just relax & chill and this was the perfect condo & location for us. The condo was extremely clean - the cleanest place we have ever rented- up to date furnishings & appliances & well stocked with almost everything you could possible need for a beach vacation-beach towels-chairs-toys-umbrella-cooler etc. The kitchen was well supplied with nice clean dishes-bowls-utensils etc. Bath towels were in great shape & I enjoyed looking through the baskets of soaps-a very nice touch. I even added one! Beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed eating our meals on the lanai & watching the boats go by. The weather was great-mids 80's-mostly sunny-little rain. It was perfect for riding bikes & walking the beach. We took the trolley to town one day & as it was going by different areas of the beach I would say to my husband-Oh I looked at this rental & every time he would say--I am glad you didn't-I love our condo & where it is located-I'm very happy there! This was the first time I rented through VRBO & I was a little bit apprehensive. Gail put my fears to rest. She was easy to work with, helpful & very nice. We would definitely rent from her again. I just hope the next time we will be to be able to stay for 2 weeks!!!! Thanks Gail!!

Great Place

The condo was everything the ad says it is. No complaints. View was exactly what was posted. Current is a little strong during morning and afternoon tides but we enjoyed the spot. Manatees and Dolphins swam near the beach, with 20-30 yards. Would definitely come back.

Fort Meyers Beach South end II

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Carlos point unit 532 for Easter. The condo unit was exactly like the pictures , if not better. Extremely clean, spacious, and plenty of items for the beach(chairs, beach cart for carrying items, coolers, beach toys, etc). The unit is also very close to the elevator that is not the main elevator. This was nice because less people used this particular elevator. The pool area was quite relaxing and the large beach area was beautiful. It took just a few minutes to walk to the water. Our kids loved seeing all the boats coming through Carlos pass and finding more shells than they knew what to do with! We also saw 5-6 dolphins just off the shore! If you are staying at Carlos pointe , I would suggest not coming into town through the main bridge( north end ). Come over the south end bridge at the Bonita springs end. It is less busy and literally right by Carlos pointe. Our only complaint about fort myers beach in general was the traffic! This obviously has nothing to do with the condo itself . There is really only one main road that is one lane each way running from one side of island to the other. There is also construction along the road for large stretches. So, getting to the north side for dinner or excursions took longer than expected. Thankfully, Bonita springs had some good restaurants we enjoyed so we didn’t have to fight the traffic.

Nice getaway for our 60th birthdays

A nicely appointed, beautiful, beachy condominium. The pictures of the listing didn’t lie. View from the Lanai was very nice. Wish the bed in the master-room was more comfortable, it’s time to replace it.. Estero Island and beach are gorgeous. We were able to walk up to the pier and down to Lover’s Key. We’ll be back!

This was as described and shown on pictures. It was also very well equipped with dishes and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the place itself but we were disappointed by the beach. It was quite a long way to walk and not easy to walk on, like deep wet sands. Also on check in it was not clear where I should go. I was expecting to meet someone to tell me where to go. But no, the email was giving a lot of details but it didn't give the unit number. I doubled checked and it was not there. I called the number provided and I was given the unit number but there is miscommunication there.

Nice Location

The condo was very nice and clean. It was close to restaurants and shopping with places to go jet skiing, parasailing , paddle boarding and kayaking.The beach area was relaxing and not crowded. We all had a very enjoyable time and didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful Vacation Overall

The condo was very clean and fully stocked. It was really nice having beach chairs and umbrellas on a cart to take to the beach. We enjoyed the local restaurants, especially Doc Fords. The construction into town slowed things down a bit. The pool and beach were very private and quiet. We could not get the washer to work, and our last night was a little unpleasant because the faucet in the bathroom broke and we could not get it to turn off. Gail was very quick to respond and send maintenance. However, maintenance could not fix it either and we had to turn the main water valve off and on every time we wanted to use the bathroom or use any water. We did not like having to wash and dry all of the towels and bathmats. We spent $20 of our own money to do this since the washer did not work. However, it was still a beautiful condo, and a pleasant stay for the most part.

Beautiful getaway!

Beautiful condo and gorgeous views of the gulf and Lovers Key. My husband and I loved our stay and felt very much at home. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would come again!

The place was beautiful and Gail was easy to get in touch with if need be.

Absolutely enjoyed the condo and our time in Fort Myers. The only complaint I would have would be that we didnt really enjoy the beach area as much. We chose to visit other beaches during the day. A large area in front of the condo was section off for the bird crossing which wasn't too big of a deal. It was just unexpected. My husband loves the crashing waves and didnt love that we didnt have that in this area. Which is why we just chose to go to visit other beaches. Overall, we loved the condo and the fact that the pool area never really got crowded. I'd recommend this place to others.

Beautiful Views

Gorgeous condo, nicely decorated, very clean. The views were amazing. However...the walk to the beach is way longer than you think and would not be suitable for little ones or elderly. Lovely beach, not crowded at all. Some sort of beach wagon would be nice to help cart things to and from the shore. Our biggest issue were the checkout procedures...$165 seemed a bit steep considering we had to strip the beds, wash and dry all of the towels and bath mats before we left in addition to the usual duties. That was a first in 30 years of beach rentals. Having to do one or the other would’ve felt a little less punitive.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful! We loved our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beach. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation including beach towels, coolers, sand toys and beach umbrellas. (A must!) The water is a bit of a walk, so I might recommend renting a beach cart or wagon to pull things down. Also, there is a bird nesting area in between the condo and water. There is a walk way through, but the mama birds don't like you walking anywhere near and they will let you know, either by swooping or pooping on you. We chose to walk around it, which took a bit longer, but was worth it. There is a Publix grocery store down the road and I would recommend checking the condo first to see what you need. You are allowed to use anything that's there, but are asked to replace it. Bring bug spray. The no-seeums were hungry! Favorite places to eat were The Fish House, Dixie Fish Company and The Whale. Also Love Boat and Royal Scoop homemade ice cream. Be sure to watch the sunsets from the beach. Stunning! We loved out trip and will absolutely be back. Perfect condo and grounds

Up to date decor and everything you could need in the kitchen! We did add an Ice Tea maker! Beautiful beach an pool. Loved grills were available. Would definitely recommend and would go back again!

Great Vacation Spot

This condo is really fantastic. The owners have completely renovated it and spared no cost! Pros- 1. Condo is immaculate. Feels brand new and had many great features such as granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, HE washer/dryer and tile flooring. Both bathrooms were gorgeously done as well. It also has everything you would need in the kitchen and lots of items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, coolers, beach towels, etc) 2. Views from the condo are beautiful. Very quiet at that end of the island and you can enjoy watching boats coming in and out of Big Carlos Pass all hours of the day. 3. Condo is very central to Ft. Myers, Bonita and Naples with lots of restaurants nearby to choose from and very close to several public beaches Cons 1. We are big beach people and the oceanfront at the condo is not really suited for swimming. It is great for walks/runs, shelling and hanging out at the beach but if you want to swim we found we needed to go elsewhere. So most days we did the pool in the morning and then traveled to spend the day at one of the local public beaches. 2. Pool hours are strict 9am to sunset. We had three younger kids that were up early and wanted to swim at night so it was a bummer when the pool closed right at 7:30pm. Also there is no hot tub at this facility which our family enjoys 3. Condo is small for more than 4 people. We had 2 adults and three kids and we made it work by sleeping with our youngest in the king bed. We didn't want to go thru the trouble of making up the sleeper sofa all week. However if you are a family of 4 it is the perfect size. Overall we had a amazing vacation and I would highly recommend this condo. You can definitely tell the owner takes very good care of it and it didn't feel like it was being turned over week after week. All of the cons I had were personal preferences and honestly things were knew about going into it.

The beach was a disappointment

THe unit was fine and it served our needs well. There was a bug issue and I called the contact person but she never returned my call. The beach was a huge disappointment. There was a 6 foot wide path of red seaweed all alone the whole beach. I asked a maintenance person why it wasn’t being cleaned up and he said it was the job for the city.
