Great place for kids. My kids had so much fun here. The attic is literally a child's playground! My little girls loved the Barbie house.

We booked this house due to visiting UTK with our son. The location was good; easy to hop on the interstate to go into Knoxville. We would recommend checking the interior of the property before guests arrive. There were cobwebs and spiders in the shower. There was dirt on the sta irwell going upstairs. We also recommend an extension cord in the main bedroom so cell phones and other devices can all be plugged at night.

The beds are too firm for our liking. There is minimal seating in the living room, but it is within walking distance to downtown shopping and markets. Such a lovely town and area to visit for the weekend. Great little house if you have small children too

Property was as expected. It was very convenient to the event venue as well as walking distance from a very quaint downtown district. Definitely made our first visit to Clinton a positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
