This finely crafted, quality home is a short 7 minute walk to the snowflake lift and has ski-in access via the Four O’ Clock ski run. The 3 BR, 3 ½ Bath home is located just 2 blocks above Historic Main Street of Breckenridge on Sawmill Road. The location provides access to all ski lifts, 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge and the Free ride shuttle route.

The beautiful, mountain and southwest inspired décor boasts large windows, vaulted ceilings and open design. The 1,995 square foot chalet features a living room focused around a decorative, slate rock gas fireplace, creating a warm, cozy space. It invites après ski gatherings for friends and family to enjoy time together away from the distractions of every day concerns.

The full service kitchen features granite countertops, all the new appliances necessary to enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your mountain get away.
A mission style dining table with seating for eight, along with four bar stool kitchen dining, provides ample dining space for large groups.
The main level BR features a full en suite bath with 2 sinks and a full size jetted bath tub and separate shower.

The loft upstairs affords an overlook to the living area and desk with high speed wifi available. There is a side chair with excellent lighting and a library of books for readers of all ages.
The upstairs hosts a second BR which is decorated in mountain décor, has vaulted ceilings, queen size bed, side chair and full bath en suite.
The third bedroom, located upstairs, hosts 2 twin size XL bunk beds for comfortable sleeping for four people and a separate full bath with shower for your convenience.

For the Family:
This is your place to unplug and spend quality time together. Enjoy the library of books, movies, games and puzzles. A concert upright piano offers music making opportunities for special memory making, especially at the holidays.
There is a large south-facing deck off the dining area for grilling, gathering and taking in the sunsets on Baldy Mountain after an invigorating day on the slopes. Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of wine while watching the skiers coming down the 4 O’ Clock run at the end of your day. The sunsets and moon rises are also something to behold.

Weekend Colorado Reunion

This home was the perfect size for our group of four! We had a wonderful weekend for our return to Colorado! The home is beautiful and has everything that you need for a wonderful vacation. So close to the snowflake ski lift about a 5 minute walk. Mary Beth was so nice to work with, before, during and after our stay. She even alerted us about a piece of clothing we left and sent it to us. Highly recommend this property.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We were in Breck for a cycling event…this was perfect for our group of 5 adults and a 15 month old. Location was great…an easy walk to shopping and restaurants…house was well stocked and super clean. The deck was wonderful for the adults to relax and the 15 month old to run laps. We had a great stay at 135 Sawmill. Great location - walkable to town, and a short walk to the Snowflake lift. The home has everything you need for a larger group, we did a lot of cooking and hanging out. The house was very clean, and everything you might need was right there where you needed. Fantastic skiing holiday

We choose Breckenridge for a week of skiing and this property was perfect for us, very clean, cosy, well stocked kitchen, super close to the downtown area, shops and ski rentals, and most importantly for us just a short walk to the Snowflake lift in the morning and ski-in in the afternoon. So many good things to say about this experience. Perfect place for family of 8 to ski Breck! The home was simply outstanding but as compared to the other VBRO's we've stayed at - Mary Beth had house stocked with things no other home has had. Great cooking set up, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking supplies were OVER stocked. Mary Beth is a great communicator and was just super. My wife is a doctor and I'm a retired Marine - this is a top one percent VBRO stay for us - the best we've had. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Family fun on the slopes!!

We had a wonderful 2week stay!!! A very homey and comfortable cabin for our large group to stretch out in. Great location for the slopes and town! We had cars but really only needed them to get groceries as we could walk in to town,bus-stops and even snowflake lift. Skiing right up to it was the best!! Mary Beth was very helpful in advance with all the info we needed so we didn't have to bother her for anything. Very worry free. Great kitchen/dinning area could play cards AND do a puzzle on the large table!! Having that half bath on the main floor was great along with the large mudroom for all of the ski boots and coats!!! We look forward to next year!

Great Cabin, ski-in ski-out

This is a great property for ski-in ski-out. The location is within an easy walk to Snowflake lift, and the Four O'Clock run takes to right to the front door. The cabin itself was very clean and perfectly setup for skiing. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. All question answer promptly and accurately. My family of 6 was very comfortable in this property. We would definitly rent this place again.

We feel the location of the Sawmill Creek Chalet is ideal for all of the opportunities the Town of Breckenridge affords, as well as easy access to the activities folks come to the mountains to do. It is tastefully decorated but comfortable and stocked with kitchen spices, staples and sleds for apres ski fun on the Four O'Clock run!

Minimal to no driving once you arrive at the door. 7 min walk to town for shopping and Riverwalk concerts and events. 7 minute walk to the Snowflake lift which will take you to all Peak 8 lifts.
