The two bathrooms include refreshing showers, making mornings easy and comfortable. Enjoy a serene atmosphere indoors with heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet night or a fun-filled day, this fantastic home offers a perfect retreat. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Nokomis and our house has to offer. Just a mile from Nokomis beach, near grocery and shopping, also many popular tiki bars to choose from within the mile. Home is also located right in front of the Legacy bike trail. Home also offers nice patio area and outdoor shower. Washer and Dryer included.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. It is centrally located between I75 and Nokomis Beach. All your shopping basics are within 2 miles of my home. Tiki Bars and restaurants are also within a mile of this getaway. Perfect place to unwind. Everything you need is near and the gulf coast is less than a 3 minute car ride, or a nice stroll away.
