The top floor offers ocean views and gourmet living, boasting a sprawling, open-concept floor plan—perfect for togetherness. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area overlooking the ocean, and a light-filled living room leading out to an oversized covered deck for meals at the large dining table, and morning coffee or winding down in the evenings in the rocking chairs.

With multiple gathering areas, including a large den and living room, each with a 65” TV, there's plenty of space for family game nights, movie watching, or simply relaxing.

Top Floor: Two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed), each with a private ensuite bath, 40” TV, ceiling fan, closet and shower; plus a half bath. Access from the living room to the huge covered deck with large dining table and rocking chairs.

First Floor: A tranquil Master bedroom with a king bed, ocean view, 40” TV, ceiling fan, closet and shower, plus two additional spacious bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with two twin bunk beds + a twin trundle bed), each with an ensuite bath, 40” TV, closet and shower/tub combo. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor. Deck access from the den for swinging in the ocean air.

Ground Floor: shuffle board game, sitting area, inside access to golf-cart garage, storage and car port; parking for five vehicles; electric vehicle charger; private pool and shower; gas grill.

Saturday-to-Saturday rentals only between Memorial Day and Labor Day; linens and towels can be rented; age verification required.
