Welcome to your dream coastal escape! A peaceful and beautifully well maintained home where comfort meets adventure. Beautiful 3-story canal-front home, just 3 houses from the ocean!. Perfect for boating. Including an entertainment room, ideal for an executive office or a private guest retreat with sofa bed. Enjoy ocean views, tiki hut, BBQ area, kayaks, and paddleboards. Dock space or lift available upon request. Peaceful, updated, and close to shops and great restaurants. The perfect Gateway!!
-Please treat the home with care and respect, as if it were your own. Let us know right away if something breaks or needs attention.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and the local community. No parties or events are allowed.
-No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. A deep‑cleaning fee may apply if smoke is detected inside.
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight. Please contact us in advance if you need to add a guest to the reservation.
- 35 pounds or less with owner`s approval and $300-non refundable fee.
-Help us care for the home and the environment: keep doors and windows closed when the AC is on, and turn off lights, fans, and electronics when you go out.
