Welcome to Ella's Summer, a beautifully located three-bedroom vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, just minutes from Scenic Highway 30A. This coastal home is perfect for families, couples, and friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway near the Gulf.

The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, offering plenty of space for guests to relax after a day at the beach. 7 maximum people allowed. There is an additional cot in the primary suite. The open living area provides a welcoming place to gather, unwind, and enjoy the laid-back coastal lifestyle that makes Santa Rosa Beach vacation rentals so popular. Parking for 2 vehicles only. No neighborhood parking unless you are using the pool.

Guests have access to the neighborhood community pool and barbecue area, ideal for swimming, grilling, and enjoying sunny Florida afternoons. Whether you’re planning a casual pool day or an evening cookout, this shared space adds to the resort-style experience. Pool is located about 8 houses down.

We are residents in Walton County, Florida. We moved from central Indiana back in 2018 and haven’t looked back. Our children and now grandchildren are all here as well. We love spending time with our grandbabies, traveling together and making memories on our beaches nearby.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of its location to the beach. We wanted a fun place to stay and play when we’d come for vacation ourselves. We love being so close to 30A…the restaurants at Gulf Place, ice cream, souvenirs, coffee shops and more. This checked the boxes we were looking for.
