If cooking is your thing, you can do so both in the unit as well as outside in the picnic area near the pool which has a pool house and male and female bathrooms overlooking a 10-acre pond.



The 3rd floor covered walk-up unit features an enclosed sunroom behind sliding glass doors off the living room with additional comfortable chairs, a love seat and a small desk with a wireless HP fax/scanner/printer perfect for working from home.



A washer and dryer are a in a private area, central air and heat with ceiling fans in all rooms.



The living room includes a sectional couch with a pull-out double bed a 65" TV and a 43" TV in the master bedroom.



Two twin beds are in the guest room with child railings stored under the beds that can easily slide in place to secure sleeping toddlers.

At the beach there is an elevated pier where you can purchase bait for fishing off the pier as well as food and delicious ice-cream or just sit back on the newly renovated pier and enjoy the waves, sunset and coastline of the Grand Strand.
