It’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for the privacy of a BNB. Very spacious and comfortable. Centrally located. We were able to hear people coming in and out of the neighboring apartments from the living room however it wasn’t very frequent. All and all I would recommend.

Enjoyed my stay at this spacious, well-stocked condo. Everything about it was effortless, and the host was super communicative. No issues with noise or traffic as this is away from the downtown area.Good things to know - this is a ground floor unit where most of the natural lighting comes in through the 2 bedrooms which front on the mostly unused parking lot.

Overall property is very clean and walking distance to Downtown Golden. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was very easy. AC unit though was very loud and walls are thin. You can here the neighbors easily. Had a situation with a Realator just walking in with 2 other people while I was in the shower and my daughter in her bed. The Realator didn't leave and was just talking to my daughter. Very strange. I called the property owners immediately!! Owners apologized and offered 50% off on 1 night. Besides that, our stay was lovely.
