Bliss By The Beach is a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat in Phoenix that welcomes up to 16 guests, making it an ideal choice for large groups, family gatherings, or friends looking to share an unforgettable getaway.



The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so preparing meals together is effortless and enjoyable. When it is time to unwind outdoors, guests can gather around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ grill with barbeque utensils provided, or simply relax in the garden and backyard with comfortable outdoor seating. The private outdoor pool is a true centerpiece of the property, perfect for cooling off on warm Phoenix days.



Inside, ceiling fans and air conditioning keep every room comfortable, while the foosball table adds a fun competitive edge to evenings in. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage ensure a comfortable and organized stay from the moment you arrive. Free parking on premises adds everyday convenience, and internet access keeps everyone connected. Beyond the property, guests can explore nearby casinos, cycling routes, fishing spots, golf, horseback riding, rock climbing, mountain climbing, museums, and shopping, offering something exciting for every type of traveler.



Guest Access:

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.



Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict) Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict) Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)



Practical details include seamless check-in and ample parking.



Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.



The Neighborhood:

The Moon Valley neighborhood is truly one of a kind. It is a beautiful and green neighborhood just north of Central Phoenix and west of North Scottsdale/Paradise Valley.



Just 10 minutes from North Scottsdale and within walking distance to Lookout Mountain hiking trails, this stunning retreat is ideal for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or a relaxing vacation.

Mold. Mold can grow when moisture is present. Guest acknowledges and agrees to undertake reasonable steps to eliminate moisture within the Property that may lead to growth of mold.



Such steps include, but are not limited to, keeping the premises clean, using exhaust fans when bathing/showering, wiping down any moisture and/or spillage, and regularly inspecting for leaks or water accumulation on the Property. Guest further agrees to notify Company immediately, orally and in writing, of any sign of water leak, excessive or persistent moisture or any condensation sources in the Property or any stains, discolorations, or other indications of mold growth, including a musty odor in the Property. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Company will not be responsible for damages or losses due to mold growth to the extent such conditions have resulted from the acts or omissions of the Guest or if Guest has failed to immediately notify Company of any such conditions described above.
