[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
• $500 hold placed 4 days before check-in
• Released 2 days after checkout
• Failed holds must be resolved within 1 day

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
• Must be signed after booking
• Failure to sign cancels reservation

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
• 100% refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• 50% refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival
• No refund inside 14 days
• Refunds subject to 6% processing fee
