This was a great place to stay while we scalloped. Had everything you needed, and well furnished while modern decor. My 23 Ft Sea Pro Bay fit on side of house with about 4-5 inches on each side. My only complaint was no fan in bunk room and ac kept resetting at night from 68 to 70 or 72. Rooms were a bit hot without doors open so you lose a bit of privacy. We also wish there was a vent fan in bathroom but window allows air flow. The pool was nice and refreshing and patio furniture was elegant and comfortable. The tiki type hut was nice and allowed us to sit out during a nice thunderstorm and enjoy some adult beverages.I will definitely stay here again next season! Thanks for providing such a nice rental.

When we arrived we found the home was just has listed. Greet time there was able to let the kids fish and was able to dock our boat there and use the boat ramp provided. Made great memories with the kids, this rental felt like home has soon has we arrived. The ping pong table was a hit and the kids couldn’t stop playing it. Would stay there again!!!! Clean, Comfy, just a great place to relax

Great place to spend time with family, without the crowd. This house has everything you need. Odds are that if you forgot something, the owners already have it taken care of. Pool and hot tub were great! Large open living area gave kids and adults plenty of space. Fishing from the dock didn’t disappoint. We were lucky enough to see a manatee and dolphin during our stay. House was clean and supplied with lots of extras. Grandkids enjoyed the popsicles, candy, popcorn and drink mixes that were there when we arrived. Between the pool, ping pong, hot tub, games and ice cream bar/ drink station, we always had something to do. Highly recommend putting this one at the top of your list.
