This condo has been recently remodeled with a high-quality kitchen and bathroom, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A new walk-in shower was installed in February 2021, and updated photos are available as of January 2025.
Enjoy wall-to-wall ocean views from every room and relax on the spacious 30-foot curved balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Gulf. The living room offers comfortable seating, an LCD TV, a DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony.

Perfect getaway

We had a fabulous stay, the condo was just like the pictures. Beach access was easy, even with the wagon. The lagoon pool was nice with options of shaded seating. Great location, several restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.

This was the best place we have stayed at in PCB. The listing was exactly what the condo looks like and everything was clean and in great condition. It’s in a great location for easy beach access and access to things in PCB. Would definitely recommend staying here!
