What we enjoy most is the balance. You are close to Olde Town Arvada, Denver, Red Rocks, and the mountains, but the neighborhood itself feels peaceful and residential, not crowded or touristy. After a day of concerts, hiking, or exploring the city, it is nice to come back to a place that is quiet and relaxed.
