A cozy, private 1-bedroom carriage house apartment nestled in the heart of St. Augustine’s vibrant Lincolnville neighborhood—perfect for couples, friends, or small families.

This modern, second-floor unit (built in 2018) offers approximately 550 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space and now comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a newly added sleeper sofa in the living room. Portable Crib/Pack-n-Play available upon request.

Step inside to a bright, open living area featuring a sectional with a simple pull-out sleeper, Smart TV, and plenty of natural light—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchenette includes everything you need for light meals, while the bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

Enjoy your private entrance and secluded balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by bamboo and trees.

Located in historic Lincolnville (founded in 1866 and rich in cultural heritage), you’ll be within a 5–7 minute walk to local favorites like St. Augustine Fish Camp, The Ice Plant, the St. Augustine Distillery, and The Blue Hen Café.

Take a 20–25 minute scenic stroll to the Historic District, where you’ll find charming shops, incredible dining, museums, and the beautiful Flagler College campus.

History lovers won’t want to miss Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental U.S., just a short drive or a leisurely walk away.

Looking for sun and sand? St. Augustine Beach and Vilano Beach are both about a 20-minute drive (beach chairs, cooler, blanket and towels available for your use).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean up all pet waste. Failure to do so will incur an additional $100 fee.
Check-out time is 10am. Late departures without prior approval may incur a $100/hr additional fee to allow time for cleaning and preparation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For security, there's exterior cameras at the front door, on the rear unit above the garage door, by the garage side door, and above the stairway.
The garage is not accessible to guests. This unit can accommodate a maximum of one vehicle.
Guests are required to clean up all pet waste immediately. Failure to do so will result in a $100 charge in addition to the pet fee.

This cute little place was perfect for me and my pups! Everything was clean and tidy, nice kitchenette and sitting area and large bed. There's a small porch with lots of shade and giant bamboo trees all around, feels very private. Location is perfect, historic Lincolnville is a really cool area to explore and its just a 20 min walk to the waterfront and all the touristy shops, and like a 10 min walk to Flagler. 2 min walk to a great local coffee shop. The hosts were very nice and attentive and checked in to make sure I had everything i needed. I felt like it was a good value for the cost as well, nothing fancy, just clean, private, easy and affordable.
