Welcome! Our clean, comfortable home is perfectly located just minutes from I-81 and Route 9—ideal for traveling military, government workers, nurses, corporate trainees/executives, or anyone visiting to enjoy the beautiful outdoor activities and historic sites in Berkeley and Jefferson County.
Building a home or need temporary housing? We also welcome extended stays. The home is in a quiet community with designated parking, about 1 mile from MRB Regional Airport and approximately 5 miles from the VA Medical Center and Berkeley Medical Center.
The Space
Enjoy plenty of room in this one-level ranch-style home. The main level includes:
A front sitting room
A rear backyard deck recreation area
A dedicated home office space
A fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, a coffee maker, and coffee for your “pick-me-up”
A cozy living room with seating and a dining table
TV set up for streaming
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level.
All beds are queen-size for comfortable sleeping.
Guest Access / House Rules
No access to the garage or unfinished basement (both remain locked)
No laundry access
No smoking and parties
Enjoy the fenced deck and a large backyard
