A large 2 car garage and driveway should take car of your vehicles, but there is extra parking nearby for boat trailers and possibly an RV. Recreational amenities include 2 bicycles, a double kayak, a single kayak, canoe, 2 spinning rods with tackle for fishing off the dock. Serious anglers should bring their own gear. A four person 14ft Carolina Skiff with 2 bench seats, Bimini top and 9.9 hp Evinrude four stroke motor is available to qualified boaters for an additional fee. The house is on a private paved single lane road facing 3 acres of undeveloped deciduous woods. Most houses in this neighborhood are owned by weekenders who come 'up to the river' for fishing, boating, or just to relax.
