Your McFarland adventure begins at this adorable 3-bedroom home right on the shore of beautiful Lake Waubesa. With a southwester facing backyard, you will enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets.
As you enter the home you will be greeted with a newly remodeled kitchen and large living room with a 75" Roku Smart TV and a half bath. The main level also includes a dining table for 8 and sitting area for 4 for games or sipping coffee/drinks to enjoy the lake and sunset views.
Upstairs on the 2nd floor you will find find two king master bedrooms and a 3rd fun bunk bed room, perfect for families or groups. The living room offers extra sleeping space with two twin beds fold out mattresses, creating and additional space for kids or adults to sleep. All 3 upstairs bedrooms include Roku Smart TV's for streaming of your favorite streaming services. The upstairs also includes a newly remodeled full bath with tub/shower combo and all essential shampoo's and soaps.
As you walk out the back patio door you will be greeted by a lakefront deck with outdoor dining and lounging furniture. The lush green back yard gives way to beautiful views of Lake Waubesa. An 8 person hot tub is professionally maintained and ready for your use 12 months of the year.
Walk down to the shoreline and you will be greeted by a lakefront fire pit and a large private dock to enjoy lake front activities and fishing. Kayaks and paddle boards await you at the shoreline to enable your Lake Waubesa venture.
As an added bonus, the basement was recently updated to include a game room with a full size air hockey table, Atari retro gaming console and and Roku Smart TV. Fully supplied full size washer and dryer can also be found in the basement.
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this brilliant home provides a comfortable retreat.

FLEXIBILITY FOR CHECK IN/OUT >>> Late check-out's are not allowed "unless authorized". Check-out time is 10:00AM and IF authorized "in advance", late check-out is $25 p/h. "Same day" authorized check-out will be $40 p/h. "Unauthorized" late check-outs are $100 p/h. Late check-outs are only valid if put in writing via the message inbox.

NOISE LEVELS >>> Please be aware that this is a residential home in a family neighborhood. NO excessive noises from 10PM-7AM please. Any complaints from the neighbors or noise violations responded to by local police could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees.
SAFETY ISSUES >>> Please make sure to turn off the gas line after you barbecue and turn the oven OFF after use. Our home is NOT baby proofed, so please supervise your children at all times. (Ex: stairs, hot oven, cleaning chemicals, light sockets, etc.)
TRASH >>> Please bag all trash and place into the trash/recycling bins located in the garage.
INDOOR FURNITURE >>> Please DON'T sit or allow children to sit on the arms of the living room sofas/chairs. Any damages will result in partial or full loss of your security deposit. Please take care to use the coasters provided for any beverages placed on the brand new tables.
DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR HOME >>> Damages done to the property during your rental period will result in an open claim. We check the home’s condition after every guest leaves and will document damages with photos. Examples of damages are evidence of pets or smoking, drawings on the walls, torn furniture, scratched wood floors, damaged devices, broken decorations, etc.
