Apartment was recently renovated in 2018, is sunny and on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It is spacious with high ceilings typical for Viennese historic buildings.

The space
The apartment has two bed rooms (one large, one small bed room), a spacious living room (with sofa bed) including kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and antechamber. The bathroom is directly accessible from both bed rooms. Separate toilet.

The apartment is located just behind Rathaus (City Hall) in the 8th district. The hip area offers plenty of small restaurants and little stores for you to explore. The closest supermarket is just a few houses down the street.

It is also the perfect hub to explore the buzzling city center which lies in the 1st district of Vienna. All sights like Hofburg, Stephansdom, Parliament building, Museums, Opera House are within walking-distance.

The street is very quiet, so you can enjoy a relaxing night's sleep.
