The Holly Hill Farm built circa 1851 is fully remodeled with all the comforts of a great hotel stay AND the rustic setting and mixed decor of an Americana Farm Home. Wild game is abundant including Deer, Turkey, Fox, Coyote, Bear, and more. The home has new stainless appliances, air fryer toaster, and coffee makers along with stainless pots and pans to cook on the electric range. Primary Bedroom is downstairs configured as a suite for secluded enjoyment in the large connected bath and bedroom that exits onto it's own deck. Views of the Valley are seen from either of the 20-26 foot long covered decks. Woodstove on the stone surround hearth can be used for heating and ambiance. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and the 2 bedrooms upstairs fit any of the 3 new air mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. The Holly Hill Farm has 169 acres of field and woods for Hunting, Snowmobiling, and Hiking. Holly Hill is about 15 minutes from Alfred College/Alfred University, 10 minutes from Hornell, 5 minutes from Almond. The Farm is also about 60 minutes from Rochester's Frederick Douglass International Airport, and about 35 minutes from one of the most distinctive "Y" shaped Finger Lake-Keuka Lake. Visiting the area you can also enjoy locally made Maple Syrup, Wineries, Cider Mills, and Breweries. Additionally, the Amish population of this area create furniture, textiles including quilts, baked goods, jams and honey. Visiting the Holly Hill Farm will bring you a sense of connection to it's natural setting, while still having all the conveniences of a 3 star hotel. Unplug, and still stay connected with 5 G Wifi, and make it a point to site see one of the most beautiful areas of Western New York and the Finger Lake Region.
