The cabin was clean and very welcoming. Just like it was described. Perfect, quiet and relaxing. The seclusion, privacy and sounds of the waterfslls were just what we needed for peace and quiet away from the daily hussle and bussle of busy life.
The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy when we got there. Any questions that I had were replied to in a timely manner by Ellis. Our family had a wonderful time!
A unique spot with the ability to safely get into the creek gorge below the cabin. Well appointed camp with a coonvenient firepit and well maintained access from the main road. The sounds of falling water from the loft make for a relaxing night sleep. The windows on the front of the cabin with benches underneath provide a comfortable area to relax and absorb the view as well as provide lots of natural light. Enjoyed the time there and look forward to a return visit.
The property is amazing. We had a great time hiking at Stoney Brook, Grimes Glenn, Conkles Gully, and Watkins Glenn. We enjoyed coming back to the cabin to cook on the fire and relax.
We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was clean, cozy and had such gorgeous surroundings. Perfect place to come back to after a day of hiking!
The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location.
Stayed with my daughter and grand daughter . We loved looking out at the waterfall, we saw a bald eagle a number of times, he flew right past the window! Very secluded and relaxing stay.

If you are use to camping and have great mobility then this is the place for you. The location with the waterfalls is absolutely amazing !! Just beautiful!! If you are looking for luxury and easy access then this is not for you. This cabin is glorified camping. There is no closet space or dressers so you will live out of your suit case. Expect well water so bring bottled water to drink and brush your teeth. Expect to see outdoor visitors inside. Like I said GLAMPING!! Getting into the cabin from the stairway is very tricky since it is rocks and stones stacked on each other that move when you step on them with a major drop off right at the door. Bring a rake if you want to use the fire pit as the area may be covered in the fallen leaves. Make sure you have your food put away and not on the kitchen counter space unless you want to share with nature. There is no tv or radio incase you want to see or hear either one. Totally unplugged which can be very nice unless there is a severe storm coming in and you want to be notified. The absolutely best part of the cabin is not the cabin it is the location. The waterfalls behind. You must be able to climb down the spiral stairs case to reach them at the bottom. They are stunning. You can hear them from the living area window but the trees block your view. There is a second bedroom with a pull down staircase in the middle of the living area. Probably great for kids but not adults. Just giving an honest review that wish others would have.
Private property with 2 amazing waterfalls. Cozy comfortable cabin great path for a hike undisturbed by others. Quiet, relaxing. If you want to get away - this is the place
A wonderful, quiet area with soothing scenary and excellent accomodations. Bugs you may find, on occassion, inside the home, due to the surrounding environment. Would also recommend communicating on your time of arrival, as we ran into the housekeeper after the 3pm check in time. Overall an excellent place to relax and unwind.
The property was amazing with a beautiful view of a waterfall just outside your wall of windows. The cabin was very clean, well stocked and very cozy ! The fireplace was an added feature we enjoyed while playing cards at the large table !! Loved this cabin !!
