The place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, cute, the kitchenette was nicely renovated, the outdoor seating could have been more comfortable but it was great for happy hour, the beach supplies were awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. A couple of quick updates would make the place even better: the bar stools around the table were very uncomfortable and the shower faucet needs to be repaired/updated. Other than that, the place was once again great, Olivia was very responsive and easy to work with. And let’s not forget that the location was awesome, minutes from the beautiful Nokomis beach, Venice, and multiple waterfront bars and restaurants!
