Living Area:
Gathering family and friends is a pleasure in the large great room. The fireplace is the star of the show in the comfortable living room and features a large TV and two large windows to so you can enjoy the natural light and views.

In addition to the main living room, there’s a large media room on the second floor. There is a dedicated office space located upstairs that leads out to a beautiful porch view that overlooks the pool.

The dining room table seats 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
A half bath is located off of the living room.

Kitchen:
The state of the art kitchen is a chef’s dream. Show off your culinary skills with the help of high end appliances including a double oven, gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and spacious pantry. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area so the chef can remain connected with everyone.

1) King primary bedroom with an ensuite that includes a large shower, separate tub and double vanity.
