Tucked away in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood, this cozy and peaceful beach home is just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful, long beaches of Tierra Del Mar and a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features new appliances, a private hot tub, a fire pit for unwinding after exploring the beach and Pacific City, and a covered BBQ for easy outdoor dining. A separate guest house and convenient laundry facilities add extra comfort and flexibility. When it’s time for fun, the game room delivers—challenge your crew to pop-a-shot, pool, or foosball and let the friendly competition begin. The home has 3 bedrooms, plus the guest house/laundry area. This is a separate structure adjacent to the home. It has a twin/trundle and sleeps 2. There is currently a fire ban on small fires, burn barrels and beach fires in the Nestucca fire district due to wildfire risk and the dry conditions. Please do not use fire pit.
