The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and the third bedroom features a double-over-twin bunk bed, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway near the additional bedrooms. The open living area is bright and inviting, offering comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an island, making it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or enjoy coffee before heading out for the day. Whether you’re cooking in or dining out, the layout is designed for easy, relaxed living. Outdoor living is a highlight of this home, with a spacious upper deck that includes seating and an outdoor dining area, perfect for meals or evening relaxation. Downstairs, a covered seating area provides a shaded spot to unwind, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach simple and convenient. Covered parking is available for up to four vehicles. Guests have access to Ocean Lakes’ popular resort-style amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a water park, beach access, playgrounds, shops, and dining options. Everything is just a short golf cart ride away, allowing you to enjoy the best of the community while still having a quiet, comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. This family-friendly home is ideal for beach vacations, relaxing getaways, or amenity-filled stays. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and the home is non-smoking and pet-free. With its comfortable layout, great outdoor spaces, and convenient access to Ocean Lakes attractions, this beach house offers an easy and enjoyable coastal escape. Please note: Guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linens, towels, and personal toiletries. Must be 21 years old to operate Golf Cart.
