Summary:

Private home: 3 bedrooms w/ king beds, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor dining, Bocce Court, Full kitchen, BBQ, advanced internet setup w/ multiple ISP's, Smart TV, private 15x25’ pool, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, washer & dryer. Linens, sheets & bath items provided. Walk to Steps Beach & restaurants. The house is equipped with solar in the event of a power outage. It also has well water so that there will never be a water outage at the house. A/C & ceiling fans in every room.



The Space:

This privately owned house is centrally located, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal preparation a breeze. Please take a short walk through our organic garden to get to Steps Beach, where you can enjoy world-class snorkeling or surfing.



This house sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 guests.

Getting Around:

You can easily walk to many restaurants, bars and food trucks as well as the center of town. Also within walking distance are manet activities such as horse back riding, sailing, paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, and scuba diving.



Other Things to Note:

The house is located on road 413 and there can be some roadside noise in the front of the house.

The house has solar power and well water so there will never be a water outage.



We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days)

We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for walking (or driving) to town, walking to Steps Beach, and to the shops and coffee spot at Black Eagle Beach. Very clean and had all the essentials for our stay. Perfect space for 3 couples.

Great Place

Our 3rd time staying in R Villa. Come to surf and enjoy the beach. Great property with everything you need. Can’t beat the location, easy walk to the marina and restaurants, plus 5-10 minutes to plenty of surf.

Perfect spot in Rincon

Property is in a great location in Rincon. You can go thru back gate and in a couple of blocks to the right you are at steps beach. A couple of blocks to the left, you are in the marina, which is a great beach spot too. There is some noice from the road, but besides that, we loved aour stay. Even our teenagers loved it. Pool was perfect after a full day at the beach. Keep mosquito zapper handy in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Wonderful stay!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and we swam in the pool every day. The back porch is lovely and a great place to relax in the evening. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. A few appliances could use a replacement (dishwasher, washing machine) but they worked and didn’t impact our stay at all. One of the best vacations of my life.

Leon has lived in Rincon for well over 15 years and has loved every minute of it. After moving from NYC to the beaches of Rincon, the view of palm trees never gets old. Being able to swim or surf everyday at Steps, Tres Palmas, or any of the beautiful surf spots, hear the coqui frogs singing at night with the waves crashing on the beach, watching the most spectacular sunset every night, and eating fresh fruit that falls off the trees in the neighborhood is amazing

Why they chose this property

R Villa is located within walking distance to the most iconic beaches in Western Puerto Rico. You can hear the crashing waves from Tres Palmas when a big swell comes in, Snorkel at the beautiful Steps Beach and Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, Chill pool side with a beautiful garden view and relax to the smell of clean ocean air. The house is located next door to a spectacular local organic community garden with a food truck that rotates seasonally with different vendors.
