I've lived in several parts of town for the last 30 years and this is my favorite part of town because it's centric, easy access to everything, a great bike trail close by and the privacy of the lake and quiet and safe neighborhood makes you forget that you are in the city.

What makes this property unique

The lake is the showstopper here—calm, private, beautiful, and truly one of a kind. The private dock makes getting on the water effortless, whether you’re kayaking, paddleboarding, or heading out for a quiet sail. The surrounding neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful and safe, adding to the sense of escape while still keeping you close to everything that the city has to offer.
