The hosts were very nice and the property is located on a quiet street. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and it was great to get my laundry done before hitting the road.

Wonderful home. And Stacy was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to move from one property to another. Everything was clean and the property was very comfortable and cozy. Close to old town FC as well.

The overall property was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was spacious for our needs. Check was easy and the communication with the host was excellent. One item I feel the home could use is a deep cleaning. At one point we dripped a little water on the kitchen's wood floor, in wiping it with a paper towel, the towel was brown so I do not feel those floors have been cleaned in a while. The carpet on the stairs and upper bedrooms could be cleaned as well. A few items of deferred maintenance, but again overall the property was nice.

Great place!

Great little place for a trip to FOCO. Clean, quiet, nice layout. Well stocked. Really enjoyed the townhouse!

Home was exactly as described. It was warm and inviting. Super easy to check in and out - great to have keypad to enter and leave home. House was so clean and spacious. Comfy beds. All around wonderful experience. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Birthday Getaway

Great stay in FoCo!

The property was perfect for our stay with our 1 year old. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Also VERY close to some of the highlights in FoCo. We will defiantly be staying there again!

Great condo walking distance to brewery

My family, grandma included, had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It is close to Old Town, New Belgium and walking distance to grab a coffee at The Human Bean. Would definitely stay there on our next visit.
