These things are out of our control, and while we do our utmost to provide every guest with an uninterrupted visit to our property, we are not reasonable for issues beyond our control and refunds will not be issued.

Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system.
We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects.
While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.
