Phenomenal place to stay....host was extremly accommodating. The residence is very clean and well kept. Better in person than the pictures represent. The location has top notch resturants and amenities.

This was truly a beautiful home. One of the most comfortable, in terms of space and furniture, that I’ve ever rented. The mattresses were comfortable and the furniture in the living room was like a big, soft, warm hug that enveloped you every time you sat down. Probably my favorite space in the home was the back patio. Just the most serene and comfortable spot … perfect for family game night, reading a good book, or just thinking and enjoying nature. It is centrally located so I was able to get anywhere in the Port Orange or Daytona Beach area in no time. Although this is a gated community, entering and exiting the property was a breeze. The gate guard staff were knowledgeable and very customer-focused and the neighbors were also nice and friendly.Although I brought everything I needed, I very much appreciated that extra items (seasonings or beverages) was left in the home as well. I communicated several times with the owner and he was always very responsive.The sole reason I rated this experience a 3 was because I wouldn’t stay there again … there was a substantial bug infestation issue (ants, spiders, roaches, something tiny that flew but couldn’t identify) throughout the house - especially the kitchen (hundreds of ants all over day and night) and the bedrooms. I often woke to something crawling on me. Even after putting out about 10 ant traps in the kitchen, spraying for insects multiple times a day, and washing all of the bedding twice, they remained. Thank you

We are happy you found the unit to be beautiful and well appointed. We also appreciated the positive comments about the location, security staff and our responsiveness to your questions during your stay. We have had multiple guests stay and never had a bug issue. Including the week prior to your arrival. Possibly you brought something into our unit in your luggage or during visits to the beach. We will ensure the unit is thoroughly inspected and treated prior to our next guest. Thank you
