Welcome to this beachfront duplex, a perfect coastal home for families and groups. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across two levels, this home offers plenty of room to relax while enjoying unbeatable beachside living. Just steps from the sand, a large open green field sits between the home and the beach, creating an ideal space for kids to run, play, and burn off energy while adults soak in the ocean views.
The home features air conditioning and an outdoor BBQ, perfect for relaxed afternoons and easy meals after a day at the beach. Inside, the living areas offer plenty of room for everyone to gather, unwind, and enjoy the oceanfront setting. The layout is thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and convenience, with sleeping areas divided between the downstairs and upstairs units, making it ideal for multi-family stays or groups traveling together.

HOME LOCATION
Located 500 feet from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, fire pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/paddle board lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.
