Discover the cozy elegance of this petite gem, boasting a warm living room boasting a gas log fireplace with a large flat screen TV over it, and cozy seating with a plush sofa and recliner. The kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances that effortlessly elevate your cooking experience. The bathroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring an oversized tiled shower and granite countertops.

The bedroom exudes comfort and style, offering a four-poster queen bed along with a wall-mounted TV and dresser. An additional twin bed provides versatility, and glass sliding doors to the deck allows you to immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty. Indulge in moments of serenity on the deck's inviting seating, kick back and relax in the soothing hot tub, or showcase your culinary prowess with the gas grill.

Fish Camp guests enjoy exclusive fishing access across the highway on the private, pristine headwaters of the Elk River for catch & release fishing of trophy trout (NC fishing license required).

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- This home is pet friendly for up to two (2) mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet, plus tax.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The owners of this home use 1 exterior security camera to ensure their home remains safe. It is located on the home and is directed only towards the walkway/parking area.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
