Where did the beach go?

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the water view and hearing the waves. The beach is almost non existent compared to when we were here 3 years ago. New employees not as responsive as previous employees. Asked for a few items that were never delivered (unit had corkscrew but no wine glasses). Had-to ask 3 times prior to arrival if unit has keurig or pod coffeemaker so we knew what type of coffee to bring. How hard was that? Was totally ignored when we emailed about window not opening. Had to go to office to get that done. Why send email asking how our Check in went and then ignore the email? Unit had dead bugs all over floors. No-one checked unit as mirror in bathroom was also filthy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good and view excellent only thing i would say mismatched furniture beach chairs were falling to bits torn and rusty.Lots of issues with the communal washer and dryer the unit could benefit from its own washer dryer in the 1/2;bathroom plugs in both sinks were an issue very difficult to get tv to normal channels as was not set up correctly.front door difficult to get locked as had to lift door up whilst locking it lastly could be beneficial to have a stove top or an electric kettle besides all thus we did enjoy our stay but that was mainly because of the view and location
