Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited the community every summer since it was opened. This year we were kind of disappointed, it has definitely gone downhill. The pool area was not clean, the lights were out, the bathrooms were filthy. As for the cabin, we usually stay in the same two every time we visit. The cabin itself has also not as clean as they use to be. The shower floor in master was gross and slimy. The floors were dirty throughout. The bed was not comfortable. We were there two night and we did not sleep both nights. Disappointed because this was our favorite place to stay on our summer trip.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that this visit did not live up to the experiences you've enjoyed over the years, especially since you consider this community one of your favorite places to visit. We were particularly disappointed to read your comments regarding the cleanliness of both the cabin and the community amenities. Providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment is something we take very seriously, and your experience certainly does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Had we been made aware of these concerns during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them immediately. We were also surprised to hear your comments about the bed, as many of our recent guests have specifically complimented the comfort of the beds. We understand, however, that comfort is very personal, and we're sorry it did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and operations teams so these concerns can be reviewed. We truly appreciate your many years of visiting the resort and sincerely hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the exceptional experience you've come to expect.
