National Forest hiking and mountain biking trails are located right at the end of the road, making it easy to step outside and explore.

What originally drew the owners to this home was the balance. It feels peaceful and tucked away, yet it’s still an easy drive to downtown Durango and some of the area’s most well known destinations, including Purgatory Resort, Durango Hot Springs, and the Million Dollar Highway. Meadow Market is nearby for essentials, and Vallecito Lake is a short scenic drive away, offering boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, and lakeside picnics.
Inside, the home is designed to help guests settle in and feel comfortable right away.
