Summary:

Our home has a comfortable layout for families and groups, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 are connected, making them great for guests who want to stay close together; Bedroom 4 is accessed through either Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2. The main bathroom is located next to Bedroom 1, while Bedroom 3 is more independent and sits near the second bathroom, the laundry area, and the kitchen. It’s a practical and functional space, perfect for guests who enjoy being together.



The Space:

Heads up: There’s an active construction site next door. Work typically takes place Monday through Friday from around 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While i don’t have control over their schedule, you may hear some occasional noise during those hours. I truly appreciate your understanding.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that this unit does include parking. However, no parking on the grass, and cannot block the sidewalk.



The Neighborhood:

Biscayne Park, Florida, is a small residential community located in Miami-Dade County. While it may not be as widely known as some of the larger cities in the area, it has its own unique charm and attractions. Keep in mind that specific highlights can change over time, but as of my last knowledge update in January 2022, here are some general highlights in and around Biscayne Park:



Arch Creek Park: This nearby park offers nature trails, a museum, and a natural limestone bridge. It's a great spot for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the area.



Biscayne National Park: Although not directly in Biscayne Park, this national park is nearby and worth mentioning. It's known for its coral reefs, islands, and marine life. Visitors can enjoy boating, snorkeling, and diving in the clear waters.



Oleta River State Park: Located nearby, Oleta River State Park is Florida's largest urban park. It offers a variety of outdoor activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, and hiking. The park is a great place to escape into nature.



Local Events: Biscayne Park may host local events, festivals, and community gatherings. Check with the local community center or town hall for information on any upcoming events.



Dining and Shopping: Explore local dining options and shops in the area. While Biscayne Park itself may be more residential, nearby communities like Miami Shores or North Miami may offer a variety of dining and shopping experiences.



Cultural Attractions: Miami is known for its diverse cultural scene. Explore nearby museums, galleries, and cultural events to experience the vibrant arts community in the region.



Beaches: Enjoy the beautiful beaches that Miami is famous for. While Biscayne Park is not directly on the coast, Miami Beach and other nearby beaches are easily accessible.



Getting Around:

This street has a Walk Score of 73 out of 100. This location is Very Walkable, so most errands do not require a car.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.



➤ I only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest.



➤ My house is equipped with two cameras (one camera on the front porch and another in the back) to ensure comprehensive security coverage.



➤ No Parties or Events: Parties, events, gatherings, or any unauthorized celebrations are strictly prohibited at the property. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
