About the host

I live in Denver. As a teacher, I longed to leave the city on weekends and escape to the mountains. The Fraser Valley captured my heart. My kids and I have spent many weekends skiing, hiking, remodeling and loving our mountain time in this home. I am now so happy to share this beautiful area and my second home with others.

Why they chose this property

Fraser is a stunning outdoor paradise. It’s a place you come to breathe, relax and reconnect. I love that the condo location is quiet but right up the road from grocery and restaurants. It’s just a few minute drive to all of the activities in Winter Park, Grand Lake and Grandy. Winter-summer-fall… they are all unique and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

This property is one of the few condo upper decks in the area with a view. This brings the outdoors in and enhances the retreat experience. The deck is perfect for spring coffee, summer naps, a hot tub dip in the winter or just hang out time.
