A private covered deck is accessible from the living room, serving as an ideal location to unwind after a day spent outdoors.

Our trip was a bit upended due to sickness, so sadly only my husband and son got to go up and enjoy the rental for one of the two nights we had it booked. The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again.

Large @ spacious. Great place to come back and relax after day of hiking & biking. Loved sitting on deck in evening, then retreating to dining table and large living room when it got too cool. Great location, could walk to Winter Park (1 miles) or closer brewery. Can start bike rides at condo.

Up on a hillside so you have views of the mountains. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen were all very spacious. Walking distance to a brewery and some other spots for eating and drinking. Plenty of parking on site. Huge plus that pups are allowed!
