Family vacation

It was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The kids loved the pool and racquetball courts. We loved drinking coffee looking at the mountains on the patio.

Great stay, Great condo

We had a great time and the condo was in good condition and nicely stocked with coffee filters, cleaning products, spices, and lots of other nicities. The host also went out of his way to help when the low battery alarm on a carbon monoxide detector in an adjacent unit was chirping - contacting the maintenance supervisor on New Year's Eve to get it resolved for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Short stay

Property is nice. Had challenges getting in. Had to reach out a few times prior to arrival and once I was standing at the property. Not fun with cranky small children after a day of travel.

Great location, perfect for a family ski vacation

Really loved the stay. It’s 3 mins away from Safeway and 15 mins to Winter park. It is equipped with everything! Kids loved watching Disney plus and Netflix 😂. It’s also right across MeadowRidge club that we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Make it a lot easier to just take showers at the club. Laundry was also right at the club too. Very convenient.

Great place well stocked

The place was cozy, very communicative and flexible owner, well stocked. There was a boiler break off and on the whole time we were there and flooding in the next door unit. Maintenance came in without notifying us to deal with the emergency (understandable) but also came in the next day when it wasn’t an emergency. The property owner handled everything great, but dealing with Evolve was like going through an offshore call center maze.

Comfy, Cozy and Cute

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The beds were comfy and the family room/kitchen was very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. The property owner, Eric, was fantastic. He even called to make sure we got in ok. But the property management, Evolve, was not good with communication before our trip. At the end of the day, our needs were met and we enjoyed our ski trip and stay in WP/Fraser. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!

Just right & then some!

We loved our stay here. Having previously stayed within walking distance of the Winter Park resort, we opted for a quick drive that allowed for more interior space, fireplace, living/dining, etc. and closer to restaurants, grocery etc. Of most importance to us was cleanliness and this did not disappoint. While it is an older property and nothing fancy, it's well-maintained & clean. Owner was quiet responsive. There were many "extras" that we didn't expect such as games, snow toys, living essentials, condiments, etc. either politely passed on from previous renters or just how they do it. Either way, very much appreciated...felt like staying with family. Had no problem gaining access using owner's directions. Enjoyed the hot tub & heated pool & all the snow across the street - even saw TWO moose! Looking for clean, comfortable & cozy with good extras, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Erik!!

Great condo in a great location

We had a great time in Fraser. We were part of a larger group of family all staying within the same condo complex, and I think this was by far the nicest of the condos we rented. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well stocked. We did not have to buy coffee filters, spices, or cleaning supplies as all were provided. The bedding was much more comfortable than many rentals we have stayed in. The host was also excellent, going out of his way to reach the maintenance supervisor to fix a chirping carbon monoxide detector in an adjacent unit on New Year's Eve! We would definitely stay here again.

Great option for Winter Park Resort

This place has everything you need and more. Its a short drive to Winter Park Resort or if you dont have a car the shuttle is close, very well stocked, plenty on beds to accommodate a family, clean, homey, and the grocery is right down the street. Highly recommended

Great Place in Fraser

Excellent location just across the street from the community pool, tennis courts, and hot tubs. This is a great spot if you have kids because the unit is right across the street from a large open meadow for the kids to run in while you relax on the porch and take in the beautiful mountain scenery. This unit was stocked with all the amenities of home from the kitchen to the bath and even some toys for the kids to enjoy. Just up the hill from the Safeway and several restaurants. We have enjoyed visiting Fraser for almost 40 years and this place definitely felt like home.

We loved staying here! It’s clean, cozy and close enough to Winter Park resort that it made for an easy commute. The owner was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Awesome trip

Perfect 2 bedroom condo for a ski trip. The hot tubs are wonderful. Would highly recommend this place. It does get a little cozy, a humidifier or some fans would go a long way. Other than that perfect. Will stay again.

The Perfect Home Away From Home!!

We came to Winter Park to enjoy a weekend of skiing and relaxation. Erik and Janet's condo put the icing on the cake for us. Their place was a perfect setting for our stay. Erik reached out to us on the first day to make sure everything was ready to go. Throughout our stay he was very quick to answer any questions we had. This condo certainly is a home away from home. The club house is right across the street, there is a bus stop right around the corner if you want to take the bus, you cannot beat the price, and the beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE!! We had a great weekend. We come to Winter Park several times a year and will certainly use Erik and Janet's condo again. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to visit. You will not be disappointed.

The TV amenities were awesome! The hot tub and it door swimming pool were great!!! Because if Covid you have to make reservations, do so before you get to the property spots for quickly. Ask the owner for the link!

Great place!

This place is great - 2 bedrooms with plenty of beds, exactly what our family wanted. Fireplace is great, kitchen is small but efficient for meal prep, location is plenty close to the slopes. We especially loved that there was tea in a drawer and the kitchen was equipped with any basic that one might need! The communication from the host was superb, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The condo is exactly what we wished for a 3 day stay. The furnishings and appliances were all we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Wood-burning fireplace added so much to our enjoyment. Best of all was the view from the front window...snow covered meadow with the ski slopes in the background. Our stay there could not have been better.

Location! Location!

Heading to Winter Park to ski or board? Or are you a summer sport lover for biking or hiking with Rocky Mt National Park close by? If so, then this condo is for you. Location is primo, right across from community center, pools, and hot tub. It's a fully appointed, stocked place. Sit back after a day outside and enjoy the fireplace or in the summer, sit outside and enjoy the views. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a getaway!

We had a great stay in Winter Park. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Access to the community facilities were great for our group as well. Would definitely stay here again.
