The Disney Star is located on an oversized corner lot in the Prestigious Gated community of West Haven at Champions Gate with 2 PGA Golf courses and only minutes away from the main gates of Disney World. This Gated community also features tennis courts, two playgrounds and a pool for your enjoyment.

The 3500 Sq ft villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and all the comforts of home. Pool villa with FREE pool heat using solar panels to heat the water! The main living room includes a 55” LED SMART TV. The Upstairs loft includes a Pool table, Home theater with 60” LED 4K SMART TV, Spectrum Digital Cable and PS4 video game system with video games included. Movies are also provided. Try your luck with our gambling table that includes blackjack and roulette. Spectrum High Speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8.

BBQ and Electric Pool Heat are available for an additional charge

All bedrooms have hardwood floors

Master bedroom includes a King size bed with 12' Memory Foam mattress, 42' TV with ensuite bath. Second Master bedroom includes a queen size bed with 12' Memory Foam mattress and 42' TV. Third first floor master includes a queen size bed with 12' Memory Foam mattress and 32' LED TV. 2 bedrooms include matching twin beds, alarm clocks and 32' LED TVs. 6th bedroom includes a queen size bed with Memory Foam mattress.

All bathrooms are fully appointed and have granite counters. New washer and dryer. Private games room with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, Darts and a 42' TV is fun for the whole family. Fully screened in lanai with Florida privacy glass is the perfect place for a BBQ and a swim in our solar heated pool and spa after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

Shopping is just minutes away with grocery and retail stores, world class outlet malls as well as many restaurants and pubs. We are only 20 minutes away from Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Lego Land, 60 min to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf beaches, 1hour to Daytona beach and the space coast, NASA, Cocoa Beach. 20 golf courses within 20 minutes.

Property needed a thorough cleaning. As we brought up issues with the house, the owner and maintenance manager dealt with them as best they could at the time.

Great spot for Disney...

We had our family of 5 adults and 5 kids stay the week of Thanksgiving at this property, and had a great week! The space was very much exactly what you see in the pictures, with plenty of bedrooms, great living spaces, and a nice outdoor pool and garage play area in addition to bonus room with pool table upstairs. Easy drive to all Disney parks near the interstate. Great TVs that worked well as well! Only issues were: dishwasher did not seem to work, and pool with “solar and electric heat” never got above 80 degrees in the water even when it was highs of 70s and 80s, so that was not what we expected... we may have expected too much having swam in heated pools before in Ohio. A few other things were broken or not working, but all minor things that can be overlooked. All in all, we had an amazing time and we’re glad we stayed and would stay there again!

House looks exactly like the pictures!

This home was spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. We were only 15 mins away from the Disney Parks so it was extremely convenient for our vacation. We had a huge family and we all loved the home!!

Disney vacation

The house was nice, however on check out day I had to strip the beds bring the linens down to the laundry Room and placed them in a pile. If I'm paying a cleaning fee I don't understand why I need to do that . I further did the dishes took all of the trash out to the curb which was never picked up the whole entire stay As well as empty every trash cans throughout the house. The pool pump sounded like it needed to be constantly primed and the water was barely ever Warm. A sliding glass door needs to be tended to because it took 2 People to open it. All and all it was a nice house it just need some maintenance.

We chose this location because we love the area of Champions Gate. With Disney World only two exits away and Posner mall within 5 minutes. Restaurants and Pubs are all minutes away. The location is perfect for our family. Close to everything!
