Make your dreams of the perfect beach retreat come true at this fourth-floor condo that has a contemporary elegant feel and fabulous views from a private fourth-floor balcony. You will find everything you need to make a great family meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Some of the upgrades include new light wood cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and baths with spice colored accent walls. There is plenty of seating in this family-friendly condo with a comfortable sofa and three nice chairs. The high cafe style dining table seats six and both the living and dining area are nicely tiled. The main bedroom has a king bed with white beach cottage-style furnishings, a TV and DVD player, and a carpeted floor. The second bedroom has two twin beds with tropical-inspired decor, a TV and DVD player, and a carpeted floor. For your convenience, you will also find a private washer/dryer and a CD stereo system! For a great family vacation, make this fine unit your next beach destination! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.



This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Great little place

Accommodations and process for getting in were great. Condo was just as advertised and very comfortable. It is technically Miramar Beach but really is Destin for all intents and purposes. Only knock on it is Destin traffic is brutal. If you can deal with that though this place is definitely great all around.

very nice to a sit and watch the ocean while drinking coffee.. Convenient location. The kitchen stove had 2 non working burners and there were problems with the AC and plumbing but they were resolved quickly.

I love the fact that the pictures were accurate during booking. The beautiful beachfront is amazing. Just enough space for the 4 of us. If I had to say anything it would be the fact that the plugs in the master bedroom were loose so I was afraid to charge my phone after the 1st few tries. I used the plugs in the kitchen which were very inconvenient.

Terrible property

Checkin was supposed to be at 4:00. We got there and room hadn’t been cleaned yet. No light bulbs in lamps, air conditioner quit working. The appliances were very old. The washer and dryer were pitiful. The dryer lint filter was so bent up you could barely clean it. There were only 2 skillets and 2 small saucepans in the kitchen. The property owner needs to upgrade these items. Will not rent from Vacasa again or stay in this property.
