Spring Break family trip

This condo was perfect for our family. Our kids really enjoyed riding the golf cart to breakfast and Baytown Warf. The private beach access was really nice, considering how crowded it was just a few doors down.

Destin Spring Break 2020

Summer vacation

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. It was a great property, check in was a breeze, quiet at night. The resort was also well kept. We enjoyed having the golf cart to use while on vacation. View of the beach from the condo were amazing!

This was a very nice condo. We had 4 adults and it was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and really great big showers. Great location for pool and beach. And golf cart was a great bonus for restaurants, grocery store and coffee.

Perfect Vacation

We have been coming to the Destin area every year for some time now. This was by far the nicest, most convenient place we have rented. Awesome views and beach access. Golf cart was an added bonus, that we used everyday. Condo was very nice, clean, user friendly. Great area! Can’t say enough about this place!

Sandestin vacation

This is our second time coming to this place. We absolutely love it. The beach is beautiful, with the white sand and turquoise waters. They just remodeled the pool area, it’s perfect to sit by and relax. They have great shops and restaurants to go to, Our only complaint is the traffic in Destin and sandestin, it takes forever to get anywhere.

Great condo!

We have visited Sandestin almost every year over the last ten years and this condo has been our favorite! The golf cart was our reason for booking this specific room and it held its charge great and had no issues! A golf cart is a must for us in the resort. The condo was clean, everything we used worked and had a great view! We will be renting again!

Great condo. Looked brand new. Even the dishes were nice. Golf cart was perfect, no issues. Will rent this unit again next year if it is available. By far the best unit we’ve had in the last 4 years.

Platinum reality company did an excellent job cleaning this condo. Presentation upon entering was nice, soft music playing, cool temperature, sand bucket with welcome packet. This condo is very well maintained.

Great condo. Nicely decorated. Seems recently remodeled. Beautiful views of the ocean. Nice beach. We had a little snafu with the door lock. As a suggestion, some salt and pepper and maybe a few basic spices would be nice since we were cooking and didn’t bring this. Overall, we would certainly stay here again

Overall very nice. The refrigerator handle was broken and I called your management office immediately to notify them. I did tell them it was not an emergency... but I thought they would at least repair in a day or two. It was NEVER fixed and it frustrating at best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo, comfortable beds, golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella, keurig coffee maker and regular, everything we needed. Community amenities at Beachside One are improving as well, so many renovations from last year. We used the grill and grill area as well, very nice. The huge ice machine on first floor is a great plus! The beach area in front of Beach Side One was not crowded at all, even with all the renovations at Beachside Two was very crowded (maybe because it’s closer to the Sandestin beach access). Only complaint I have is the bedroom alarm clocks, housekeeping should make sure they are off, one went off at 6:00 am on the Tuesday morning then the other 6:00 am on the Wednesday morning.

The only issues we had were small. We were told there would be patio furniture delivered during our stay so we had someone stay in the unit since all of our belongings were there. They were 4 hours late. So the day was kinda a bust. The master bedroom gets really warm compared to the rest of the unit. We had difficulty regulating that without freezing out everyone else. Overall though we had a great stay.
