Panoramic oceanfront views from the balcony like you’ve never seen, plus resort features like private pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, and giant chess (yes, really).

A nice place to stay on the beach.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed using the gas grills located on the property. With a little TLC, a few updates and living room furniture being replaced, this could be a five star unit.

This condo is on the 18th floor. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The beach is just a few steps away and having the chairs included was fantastic. Great location too! You can walk just about anywhere you want to go!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed this condo very much. The property had a lot of amenities like great pools and hot tubs! Also, the Sky Bar was nice and convenient. Condo was very nice. The balcony was perfect! The only complaint I would have is the fans were very dusty. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

We loved our stay at Emerald Beach! Even as busy as it was, the elevators were never too bad of a wait. The condo itself was great. Well stocked with everything we needed. The king size bed was VERY comfortable. My son slept on the pull out and said it was pretty comfy, too.

We had an amazing family vacation here. So close to stores and restaurants not to mention the beach is steps away and absolutely beautiful. Wonderful amenities. The gym looked great but we never made it there. The pools and hot tub was so clean and inviting. The condo was perfect! They had everything we needed. Already planning next years trip there. Thank you to the owners for caring so much about their guests.

The view was awesome. The condo is beautiful and has everything there. It is centrally located to alot if businesses in the area. They furnish a few days of household supplies, but you will need to pickup your own after that. Has all the kitchen cookware and dishes. A very nice condo.

Housekeeping needs work

Overall a good experience. We did have a few issues with housekeeping; towels & sheets were left in the dryer / washer, plus dusting appeared to be nonexistent. Furniture could be upgraded and the TV in the main room had a long streak of dead pixels. Loved having the beach chairs included. Would def stay again.

WONDERFUL CONDO

Our main concern with lodging is CLEANLINESS. This condo is clean, neat, well-kept, spacious, and offers an unbeatable view of the gorgeous emerald coast from its 18th-story-high location. It has resort amenities. There is a washer and dryer within the unit which is a huge plus. The check in and out process is a breeze. We couldn't have asked for better. We plan to return soon. THE VIEW!

This condo is the PERFECT location. The view is beyond gorgeous. The elevators are a little tricky in the resort, but nothing you can't figure out. Biggest tip, get down to the beach before 3 to claim your chairs - staff denied our included rental because it was too late in the day, but a totally different company from the owners. The owners were wonderful, prompt to any questions and the condo was above any expectations we had. We will be back for many years to come - it was a great experience.
