The Space
Your vacation home has everything traveling families or groups need to enjoy a relaxing getaway at the beach. Enter the property through a private breezeway - the perfect spot for storing beach gear while also providing a furnished outdoor living space. Beach chairs, toys and a wagon are available for your convenience. Redfish Village’s location is ideal. An easy one-third mile walk/bike ride will take you to the private Redfish Village deeded beach access with gated restrooms. There is also a complimentary beach shuttle. Beach chair rentals are available through 30A Shade.
Looking for a break from the beach? Enjoy the many options at Redfish Village, including a resort-style pool (heated seasonally) and another smaller pool (heated year-round). Very Nice Unit! Well Maintained !! Quiet,( even on spring break ) Great pool and surroundings. We never utilized beach shuttle , easy walk !! ( even with the grandkids) Kitchen had everything we needed !! Plenty of seating in family room for movies and nice table for game night !!
A strong Family Atmosphere, very calm, lots to do; pools, dock to lake, play area, and lounge areas. Our room was great, and peaceful!! Would love to make this our family yearly trip!!
Clean, spacious condo. So close to the beach. The outdoor swimming pool is heated 👍🏻 We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would be nice to have was salt, coffee filters. Usually these things are included. Other than that everything was great!
Perfect location for our family! We do have sons that are 18+, so walking to the beach is no big deal. We used the shuttle service once but mostly took the short walk to the beach. M2-413 has a phenomenal layout with an locked breezeway area for toys/chairs/hanging beach towels., plus 2 outdoor areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and measuring spoons for cooking. Each bedroom had extra blankets and pillows, if needed. It was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the 30-A area. Hope to come back soon!
We had a great stay at Redfish Village. Everything we needed was provided. The walk to the beach was not very long and if we were too tired, we took the shuttle. The pool area was beautiful and close to this unit. We were able to see the ocean from the unit balcony, which was a very pleasant surprise! Chairs, toys, and umbrellas provided. The beach area is beautiful, although a little crowded. We had a wonderful vacation here. The only complaint would be that the parking area could use more lighting. Very difficult to see how to get things packed back up for the trip home.
Overall the condo was nice. Location was nice and quiet, beach access was like a 5 minute walk. Watercolor, Seaside, Sea grove were a short drive. Condo itself was very spacious bigger than I expected, furniture and decor was very nice. Kitchen was nice and everything you need is there. Bedrooms were nicely sized to fit everyone very comfortable. If I had any negatives I would say the floors were a little dirty and had to wear socks and the dryer made a squeaky noise which was a little noisy. We would definitely come back and rent again. Thank you for the great memories that everyone will remember forever.
This is our 2nd time staying at Redfish Village, but 1st time at this condo unit. Everything was perfect. Condo was clean. Kitchen well stocked. There are 2 spacious patios, both with comfortable outdoor seating. We had 7 people, there was more than enough space for everyone. There are 2 twin roll away beds-we did not use them but there is certainly enough space to pull them out if needed for additional guests. Golf Cart service to the beach is convenient, never had to wait more than just a couple minutes for a ride. We enjoyed the pool, it was never crowded.
We made many visits to The Shake Shop across the street for donuts and ice cream. Red Fish Taco is located in this complex - our meal there was delicious. We will certainly be back to Red Fish Village again and would absolutely stay at this unit.

Not the best Redfish Experience
We have stayed at RedFish 10+ times and this condo was the least clean and comfortable one yet.
Visible mold growing in the showers (the master shower hadn’t been cleaned in months) and the patio area was not touched by the cleaning crew. The kitchen utensils were still wet from prior guests and we had to clean most of them prior to use.
The bedding was subpar, with cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. No linens provided for the foldout twin mattresses. One of these mattresses was soiled heavily.
RedFish Village is the perfect location, I’d highly recommend the area. The grounds and pool were well kept. The grills are well maintained. Easy access to the beach. All of the reasons we love RedFish still hold true. Overall, this place was okay. A thorough cleaning crew and some better mattresses would have made a big difference.

The Redfish is a great property. Included many amenities that were necessary for a relaxing vacation. Located conveniently within walking distance to the beach. I have a couple of suggestions for the property, however. Number one, it would have been helpful to have a directory to the property to help locate the owners lounge/gym ( there may have been signage that I missed, but I didn’t see any. A property map would have been helpful with the information and parking pass that was left in the unit. Second, it was rather confusing about tent set up on the beach. The first two days of our stay, we were allowed to set up our “ Cool Cabanna” behind the rental umbrellas. On the third day, we were told that is not allowed and we needed to move up next to the retaining wall near the steps. There was no signage at the Redfish beach entrance that stated this. I’m not sure if it was a private beach rule for Redfish or a general rule for Blue Mountain beach, but I feel that information should also be shared in the preliminary packet left within the unit or on the Redfish website. Again, I understand the companies setting up for umbrella rentals should be able to have designated spots and maybe to only allow them on the front row, but to make me set up my personal tent so far back seemed a bit extreme. The last few days, we just set up on the public beach, but it seemed very unfair since we paid for a stay at the Redfish.

We spent a week vacation in unit M2-413 in Redfish Village at Blue Mountain Beach. We chose this property because it offered 3 bedrooms, short walk to the beach and because of the numerous amenities of the property. We noted a very high rating from previous renters. The property met all our expectations! We will definitely be back!
Lovely. Well appointed throughout. Excellent kitchen appliances. Best part is the private breezeway at the front door plus a balcony.
Bedroom/bath situation is great for family time & privacy.
